We’re looking for a Digital Experience Designer (Webflow Specialist) to join our team
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Digital Experience Designer with deep expertise in Webflow to join the team. This role will combine both your digital design and technical skillsets, working closely with clients and internal teams across the entire design and build process.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of Webflow, its capabilities, and best practices, and be responsible for leading the Webflow output within the agency. You will play a key role in providing expert guidance, and ensuring the seamless integration of design and development within the Webflow platform.
Key Responsibilities…
Experience Design:
- Quickly understand a client’s requirements and effectively plan and structure digital experiences with internal teams that will deliver successful outcomes.
- Translate brand guidelines and take ownership of web design projects, creating visually engaging, functional experiences that position clients as leaders in their industries.
- Ensure efficiency and consistency across platforms through the use of design systems and component variants.
- Confident presenting and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders, to build trust and ensure they receive great service and results.
- Contribute to the team’s broader design and development processes by ensuring accessibility, performance optimisation, and SEO-friendly site builds.
- Support the marketing team from time-to-time, creating branded assets and content to back up our business development efforts.
Webflow Development
- Design and develop websites in Webflow from scratch, including libraries, shared components, microinteractions, and animations.
- Serve as the internal expert on Webflow, guiding team members in the platform’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest Webflow features, integrations, and updates, and introduce these advancements to the team as applicable.
- Share insights and learnings with the broader team, helping to continuously improve processes and outputs.
- Lead training sessions or workshops on Webflow development and best practices for other designers and developers.
